Both Christendom and Islamic Sharia law are forms of theocracies that have been inappropriately used as models for governing people. Recently, many terrorist groups are demanding that their Christian neighbors either convert to Islam or be killed, in hopes of returning to a caliphate governance ruled by a religious leader. How should world governments respond to this attack on religious freedom? Moreover, how should Christians encourage their persecuted brothers and sisters to respond in the face of these life-threatening situations? In Part II of this study, two popular Christian responses are proposed as possibilities.
