About the Course
On February 8, 2023, an extraordinary occurrence happened in the kingdom of heaven—on earth. For sixteen unbroken days and nights, a spontaneous meeting opened up with the Lord of the Church, Jesus Christ, in the tiny town of Wilmore, Kentucky, on the campus of Asbury University. We witnessed an outpouring—the very stuff of awakening. Though it seemed exceptional in our experience, it turns out it was normal. As Jonathan Edwards famously quipped, “Awakening is the acceleration and intensification of the normal work of the Holy Spirit.” Indeed, so much of our (now decade-long) work with Seedbed was intensified and accelerated through these days. While there is a beautiful and long unfolding path ahead of us, we want to begin sharing some of our early learnings from this incredible encounter with Jesus.
Join hosts J. D. Walt and Dan Wilt, and a number of guests, both from the Seedbed Farm Team and beyond (including students from the university), who participated in the extraordinary meeting with Jesus. There’s no better time to learn more about the Holy Spirit than these days after Pentecost.
We will offer this short course available with no required fee—just an optional price if you feel so inclined. Registration is required for participation.
The Teachers
J.D. WALT, serves as the “Sower-in-Chief” for Seedbed whose sole ambition is to “sow for a great awakening,” by developing theological and ministry training resources for the local church. A sought after speaker and conference leader, a published author and songwriter, J.D. is also the voice of Seedbed’s Wake-Up Call. He hails from Dumas, Arkansas and currently resides in Houston, Texas.
DAN WILT is an author, worship leader, teacher, and encourager of pastors and creative leaders. Dan has impacted thousands over his three decades in ministry, across diverse streams of the Church in the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, and Brazil. He serves on the Seedbed Farm Team as a creator and minister to leaders.

How long is the course? The course is comprised of three 90-minute sessions over three weeks.
What are the live meeting dates? We’ll gather live on July 17, 24, 31 (all Mondays) from 6:00-7:30 pm CT.
What if I can’t attend a live session? No problem! All sessions will be recorded and made available in your my.seedbed.com account following the live gathering. You’ll still receive all the extra videos, content, and course emails.
Are scholarships available? This course is available free of charge.
If I contribute to the course, is it a donation? No. Because you’re simply naming your own price for the course material, your contribution doesn’t qualify as a donation, and will not trigger an IRS donation receipt.
