Description

Contrary to some contemporary views of salvation, John Wesley always resisted any tendency to dilute salvation’s meaning into something that the believer only experiences after death. Indeed, he taught that the biblical meaning of salvation rightly encompasses “the entire work of God, from the first dawning of grace in the soul, till it is consummated in glory.” Salvation is certainly something that people can experience in eternity, but it begins here and now in this present life.

In this tract, Wesley lays out his teaching on Christian Perfection, clarifying what it is and dismissing what it is not.
