Shipping and Returns Policy

What if my tracking information says the package was delivered but I did not receive it?
We ship all orders with tracked shipping to ensure the order arrives. If your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a claim needs to be submitted, it is the responsibility of the customer to submit that claim directly with the shipping carrier. Please use the tracking number provided to make a claim on the carrier’s website.

What happens if my package is returned to the sender?
Often if a package is returned to the sender it’s due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or it was left too long at the local post office for pick up. In this case the order will be refunded to the customer minus the cost of shipping. The customer would then place a new order with the correct information. Please note it is the shipping carrier’s policy to charge their service fee whether the package is delivered or returned.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, subject to this policy:

Original Receipt & Packaging – A refund will be issued based on the original tender (paid price, less a 10% restocking fee). Refunds are based on the purchase price shown on the original receipt. Credit card purchases will be credited back to the original card. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned, unused and in original packaging.

Tracked Return Shipping – Please note the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a proof of postage is obtained for your return, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the parcel.

Contact Us – To start a return please contact us at farmteam@seedbed.com. Please include photos of the items you would like to return, as well as the original receipt. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages / Issues – If upon reception of your order you inspect damage, or if the item is defective or incorrect please contact us immediately at farmteam@seedbed.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please be aware there are no refunds or exchanges after 30 days from purchase.
