This course is for women ready to enter leadership with more confidence and authority. And it is also for men charged with raising up gifted women into leadership roles, both within and beyond the church, and for denominational leaders who steward the gifts and call of women. It is for board members and laypeople, for husbands, parents, and friends. This experience is for all the faithful people among us who are trying to live out the call to serve Christ well and who crave healthy partnerships in that work.
