Today's wake up call
Good morning gentlemen,
What interesting timing, I woke up thinking about names first thing. What my name is and what it means, am I living up to it. What it means for my father above to call me by name.
With in minutes of me sitting down and getting ready to start my day, I heard the voice of my little daughter calling out, Momma, Daddy! I bad dream had woken her up, and she called out to those who knew would comfort her.
I am going to be more aware of calling people by their name today. What a great way to acknowledge that someone matters.

When our opinion differs from the Word we are always wrong. Lord Jesus, help us to be true to your Word. Truth matters.

What an encouragement today. I know that I have fallen into the trap of listening to other doctrines before. Keep close to the Word.
Hope you men have a great morning. If the starts to work well, maybe we can start posting the Prayer requests from Tuesday Morning on here as well

Verse 18 mentions people’s appetites. Agendas of their own. A prayer of mine for myself and for the church has been for a larger appetite and hunger for God’s word. A solid foundation and knowledge of what God’s word tells us is what will keep us standing firm. Have a great day men.

I have been working towards developing a further hunger for God’s words. One step in doing so, replacing music I listen to in the background, with God’s word. Opening up thr Bible app, listening to the Bible on there. The Message, is the current version playing, I plan on making it through the whole Bible this way, (something I have yet to do). Currently made it through to the book of Joshua. I am excited
